Gluten-Free Diet: GF Recipes: Chocolate Crumb Crust
Ingredients
4 cups GF chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
Directions
Take cookies and crush with bottom of glass into crumbs. Combine and press into pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Makes 1 large crust or 2 small 8-inch crusts.
