Gluten-Free Diet: GF Recipes: Salmon Spinach Loaf
Ingredients
1 15 ounce can salmon
1 package frozen spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 teeaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Drain and clean the salmon; thaw and drain the spinach. Combine spinach and salmon. Add seasonings. Mix. Place in a 6 x 9-inch greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
