“I would encourage the individuals diagnosed with celiac disease to use the services of CSA. “Lifeline,” the quarterly newsletter presented by CSA, was indeed a lifeline for me! I am a firm believer in the local CSA chapters and support groups for individuals seeking answers to their questions. Today, we are fortunate to have many resources to assist us with this new lifestyle, eliminating wheat, barley, rye and oats from our diets. I encourage everyone to ask questions and seek help. We are ‘Celiacs Helping Celiacs’, and we can learn so much from each other.”
