We are here to help people understand celiac disease and adjust to the gluten-free diet. Our support group is around 250 members strong and growing. We want to welcome everyone to participate in the process of "Celiacs Helping Celiacs".
There are an estimated 2.8 million people living on Long Island. With an estimated 1 in every 133 people potentially having celiac disease, that means there are approximately 21,000 plus people with celiac disease on Long Island.
As a CSA Chapter let's work together and increase awareness of Celiac Disease.
