How do I register for the conference?
- The registration form can be detached from Lifeline or printed from the CSA website.
Mail the form to CSA with payment.
- Registrations can also be made by calling (877) CSA-4-CSA (877-272-4272) with a credit card.
- On-site registration will be accepted; however, meals and materials for last minute registrants may
not be available. |

Who may register as an Additional Family Member?
Additional Family Members only include those persons who are residing at the same residential address such as spouses and any other adult family member living in the home.
Once a family member joins CSA, membership benefits are granted to each member of the family. |

What guest room accommodations are offered at Westward Look Resort?
CSA attendees may request from the following selections. Requests should be made when making reservations as there are a limited number of choices.
- One king-size bed with standard sofa
- Two double beds with standard sofa
- One king-size bed with queen-size sofa sleeper
- Two double beds with queen-size sofa sleeper
A limited number of roll-aways are available upon request for additional $25 charge per night.
No more than 5 individuals may stay in a guest room. When more than 2 individuals are registered, there will be a $25 charge per additional person(s) per night. |

When families are making reservations, are there additional charges for children?
There are no additional guest room charges for children under the age of 17.

Will there be infant, toddler, and /or preschool child care available during the conference?
Neither CSA nor the Westward Look Resort can provide child care. |

Are there penalties for canceling or changing my Westward Look Resort reservations?
- No penalty to change or cancel reservations more than 14 days before arrival.
- A fee will be charged when changes are made less than 14 days before arrival.
- One night room and tax charged for reservations canceled less than 14 days before arrival.

Can my conference expenses be included as a medical tax deduction?
Refer to the IRS Medical Deductions Pamphlet #502.

What transportation is available from the airport to the resort?
Neither CSA nor Westward Look Resort will offer transportation.
A list of companies that provide transportation can be found at the Metropolitan Tucson Convention and Visitors Bureau Web site www.visitTucson.org.

What is Conference Exhibit Hall?
Conference Exhibit Hall will feature a variety of gluten-free items from food manufacturers, suppliers and health food stores each offering products for sampling or purchase.
Hours: Thursday, September 27th from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm
Friday, September 28th from 8 am until 6:30 pm
Saturday, September 29th from 8 am until 2:00 pm

Will conference meals and snacks be gluten-free?
Yes, Conference meals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will all be gluten-free. Menus are developed by
CSA Executive Chef Aaron Flores of Chef Aaron, Inc. in cooperation with Westward Look Resort Executive Chef Jamie West. CSA offers lactose-free and vegetarian meals. These preferences should be checked on your registration form. |

Will resort restaurant staff understand requests for gluten-free meals?
The staff and management of the Gold Room, Starbucks Kiosk, the Oasis and the Lookout Bar and Grille will be familiar with the special dietary needs of individuals with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis. To accommodate those attendees who are staying longer at the resort, the Lookout Bar and Grille and Gold Room will include gluten-free entrée items on their restaurant menus for at least the two days prior to the conference and the two days following. |

A gluten-free restaurant list for the Tucson, Arizona area is available now on the 2007 CSA Conference webpage. Restaurant list will also be available during the conference at the Tucson chapter table.
