Eating Gluten Free in Sacramento

We're often asked about gluten-friendly Sacramento restaurants and bakeries. No list is exhaustive, menus change, and your successful shopping and dining experiences absolutely depend on always discussing your situation (call beforehand, alert your server), substituting where necessary (fish sauce for soy sauce; idli for nan bread, etc.), and taking responsibility for your selections.

With those caveats, please note:

Azna's Gluten-Free Bakery

Cameron Park

(all gluten-free/vegan facility).

Everliving Natural Foods

Orangevale

(gluten-free sandwiches daily;g-f deli items Mondays)(a non-profit organization)
