How do I register for CSA Dietitian Day?
• The registration form can be detached from Lifeline or printed from www.csaceliacs.org. Mail the form with your payment or fax with credit card information.
• Registrations can also be made by calling 1-877-CSA-4-CSA with a credit card.
• On-site registration will be accepted. However, meals and materials for last minute registrants may not be available. |

Will physicians and nurses receive continuing education credits for attending Dietitian Day?

Professional Education Credits are being submitted to Alegent Health Continuing Medical Education Department for physician contact hours; and the Nebraska Nurses Association, an accredited provider of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. |

Will there be infant and toddler care available during CSA Dietitian Day?
Neither CSA nor the Embassy Suites can provide child care. |

Will lunch be gluten-free?
Yes, lunch on Thursday will be gluten-free. The menu is developed by CSA Executive Chef Aaron Flores of Chef Aaron, Inc. in cooperation with Embassy Suites Executive Chef. |

Will Dietitian Day attendees have the opportunity to visit the Conference Exhibit Hall ? |
Conference Exhibit Hall opens at 4:30. Dietitian Day attendees may spend time browsing the exhibits. There is also the option of purchasing a ticket for the Pre-Conference Buffet. |

Will there be airport transportation to and from the hotel?
The Embassy Suites does not provide shuttle services to and from Omaha Eppley Airfield. A shuttle is available at the Embassy Suites that travels within 5 miles from the hotel.
